Der Mini-Ibérico im Geschenkkarton umfasst einen Mini-Schinken (ca. 1kg) aus der Schinkenmanufaktur Jamones España e Hijos aus Toledo in Castilla La Mancha. Der Mini-Schinken ist in Spanien eine Besonderheit: Der Mini wird von den Schinkenmeistern sorgsam per Hand aus einem ganzen Ibérico-Schinken herausgelöst. Der Mini ist die Keule eines "großen" Hinterschinkens. Er ist von Knochen und Schwarte befreit und hat nur einen geringen Fettanteil.
